Compliance training of an organization's HR department is vital due to the many aspects of the hiring and firing process. The false notion that HR compliance training might simply be a distraction could lead the top-level management to face prison and exorbitant fines. Yet, educational seminars and conventional training of dry topics such as employee disciplinary procedures, diversity, business ethics, sexual harassment and workplace ethics can prove difficult to engage the employees.

Gamxing offers a much more effective, creative and responsive alternative to the conventional training methods via a gaming environment. We use real-time scenarios in a variety of games that span a vast majority of compliance issues. This kind of a gaming approach used to accomplish a mandatory training, which is otherwise perceived as uninteresting and tedious, captures the attention of the employees, increases the efficiency and reduces the training time. The employees can play the games multiple times to improve their scores, win badges and climb leader boards.

The compliance regulation updates are incorporated into the games promptly which once again reinforces efficiency and helps the organizations to avoid hefty fines and legal complications. Gamxing's custom built training can help you develop games for your employees' specific needs and the Deep Dive Data Analytics assists you to gain critical insight and information to allow you to evaluate and track your team's strengths and weaknesses around specific regulatory topics.
